This PR is a preview of out-of-the-box ROS 2 support within workflows. The PR is being opened for visibility, but we will not merge it until it's possible to do a crates.io release, which will not be possible until dynamic message introspection is implemented for services and actions in rclrs.
In the meantime, this branch can be used but it will require additional setup with colcon and ROS 2 message packages. Setup instructions are available in the root
README.md, and then usage examples can be found inexamples/ros2/README.md.
